Your data
How TrueK treats your numbers
Short version: the math is done by plain code on your own data, a human checks everything before it reaches you, and nothing leaves Australia.
The AI never does the math
Every dollar figure TrueK shows you is calculated by ordinary, testable code from your own tills and bills. The AI is only ever asked to phrase things clearly, and a second layer of code checks that every number in a sentence matches a number we actually computed. If it cannot be traced, it does not go out.
The numbers come from your own tills and bills
TrueK reads your Square sales and your Xero supplier bills. It never guesses a cost: an item with no confirmed cost source says "No cost data" rather than showing an estimate, and a number that fails our own plausibility checks is shown as "under review" until a human has looked at it.
Everything stays in Australia
Your data lives in Australian infrastructure, and any AI processing happens in the Sydney region. Nothing about your business is sent overseas.
The AI never sees your name
When the AI is asked to phrase a sentence, the request contains numbers and item names only. Your cafe name, your name, your email, and your address are never in it; a guard checks every request before it is sent, and blocks it if identity slips in.
You can disconnect any time
Square and Xero connections are yours to revoke, from TrueK or from those services directly. Disconnecting stops all syncing immediately.
A human checks every report
During the pilot, nothing reaches your inbox without the founder personally reviewing it. When you reply to a Keep, the person who answers is the person who checked it.
