How TrueK treats your numbers
Short version: the maths is done by plain code on your own data, a human checks everything before it reaches you, and your data lives in Australia.
The AI never works out a number
Every dollar figure TrueK shows you is calculated by ordinary, testable code from your own sales and bills. The AI chooses which of those figures matter and writes the sentence; it may only use numbers the code worked out and handed it, and a second layer of code checks every number in a sentence against one we actually computed. If it cannot be traced, it does not go out.
The numbers come from your own sales and bills
TrueK reads your sales from your point of sale and your supplier bills from your accounting software or the invoices you upload. It never guesses a cost: an item with no confirmed cost source says "No cost data" rather than showing an estimate, and a number that fails our own plausibility checks is shown as "under review" until a human has looked at it.
Your data lives in Australia
Your business data is stored and processed in Australian data centres (Sydney), and any AI processing happens in the Sydney region. One disclosed exception: the emails we send you are delivered by an overseas email provider, so the content of those emails transits overseas systems, as our Privacy Policy sets out. Nothing about your business is shared with other cafes, or sold.
The AI never sees your name
When the AI is asked to phrase a sentence, the request contains numbers and item names only. Your cafe name, your name, your email, and your address are never in it; a guard checks every request before it is sent, and blocks it if identity slips in.
You can disconnect any time
Your connections are yours to revoke, from TrueK or from the provider directly. Disconnecting stops all syncing immediately.
A human checks every report
During the pilot, nothing reaches your inbox without the founder personally reviewing it. When you reply to a Keep, the person who answers is the person who checked it.
